California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger signed a ban on electronic bingo games over the weekend, preserving Indian tribes’ monopoly on slot machines. Bummer for bingo fans in The Golden State. But all's not lost ... charities can still run bingo games at multiple locations simultaneously with audio and video equipment.
