Heard from the folks at BIS Publishers in The Netherlands about the book Portfolio of Inspirations. Apparently in The Netherlands the book has a different title -- Inspired -- and different cover art. They say it's out of stock and will not be reprinted, so availability is very limited -- could still be some copies in some bookstores out there, and perhaps online. (It's not available at Amazon. If anyone knows where to find this book in Europe or the U.S., please post a comment.)

Our friend KAT bought her copy at a Page One store in Hong Kong about a year ago. You might be able to find the book in Asia under the title Portfolio of Inspirations at a Page One store, or by contacting the Asian publisher at Page One.
