Kolo Noci photo albums in mandarin/ruby and leaf/sky stripes were featured in this Digital Camera Life Magazine circulating in the Land of the Rising Sun, with tips on how to fit photo sharing into a busy life.
Here's a partial English translation starting from the right page. (Many Asian magazines read from right to left):
Assort, Display and Sometimes Send
When you print photos, you'll find yourself already thinking of which ones to select for decoration or display. Only those worth printing are sorted out, edited from a jumble of good and bad photos. Unlike a TV show, no one is interested in watching someone's unedited family videos... Likewise, photos are elevated to the level of "art work," enjoyable for a third person to see.
Sort Out, Display
Postcard size albums are great for storing photos of various sizes. (Most photographs are printed in L-size in Japan, but KG size, which is close to postcard size, is more common overseas.)

The fun thing about postcards is sending them out to your friends, family, etc. But in truth, you feel a little lazy about it when even just sending an email takes an effort and determination in this busy world. Don't sweat it. Sending out when you feel like it is just fine. Just prepare the materials ahead of time so you can send out at once when the time comes.
Give a day to gather in a drawer or a box the necessary materials such as blank cards, letters, envelopes, decorating accessories and other materials that might be useful. This will prepare your desk, turning it into a postcard factory anytime. You don't have to sort out and print all the photos; instead print a few at a time, day by day, so you won't feel it's a load of work. This way you build up a collection of photos ready to be mailed out anytime. Enjoy!
(Thanks for sharing this, Jun.)
