Comments on Kolo Allegro photo corners from portrait and fine art photographer Michael Gilbert:

To me, the Kolo black photo corners give my photo album pages a cool retro look, as you can see in the example on top with a black-and-white photo mounted onto the page of a Kolo Luxury Cortina album. The white photo corners give me a crisp, clean type finish, as in the bottom example of white Kolo Allegro photo corners used to mount a photograph onto the page of a black Kolo Newport album. And as I showed in a previous post on this Koloist blog (10/10/08) the clear photo corners let the photographs float on the page.

You really need to experiment with all these methods and see what works for you and the project you’re doing. One of my favorite albums had a mix of all three of these types of photo corners.
