Our friend Motorman got a Kolo Essex Travel Book as a birthday gift. He was planning a long summer road trip on his Honda Shadow from Texas to Michigan. He needed to travel light, so he turned the photo-sleeve booklet into a map holder and took the Kolo Essex on the road. He sent in these shots by Mackinac Bridge:

That little notebook was really helpful. I got all my maps easy to reach in my pocket, organized all my receipts, and charted all my stops so I didn't have to worry about where the next gas stop was every hundred miles or so.

I can save these Kolo Essex booklets to reference next time that I make this same trek.
